Villa Ariana is a spacious, south oriented villa in a quiet area called Ciudad Jardin, out of the main town of Playa Blanca
The villa is just a 5 minutes walk away from the nearest beaches, shopping center El Pueblo in Las Coloradas with his restaurants and bars and a 15 minutes walk to Marina Rubicon.
The Living Room is spacious with a very cozy atmosphere, equipped with a comfortable sofa for relaxing and a Flat screen TV with IPTV and Netflix
It has 3 good sized bedrooms equipped with ventilation fan and wardrobes and for up to 6 people and a spacious living room with flat-screen TV and WIFI.
The Villa also has 2 bathrooms. The bathroom upstairs has a bathtub and the bathroom on the ground floor has a walk-in shower (completely updated in august/september 2023)
The kitchen is fully equipped with a big fridge, microwave, oven, coffee maker Dolce Gusto, Toaster, Kettle, electric hob and mixer.
The Villa has a heated pool and lying surface with sun loungers and a barbecue and dining area with comfortable seating set.
